1. About this website

profimedica.ae is operated by Profimedica (“Profimedica”, “we”). It presents the UltraPod hyperbaric chambers and the LUMIER full-body light beds and lets you request information or a quote. It is not an online store: no purchase can be completed on the website.

2. Product information and images

Descriptions, specifications, dimensions, figures, images and videos are provided for general information. Images and videos are illustrative and may include computer-generated or edited content; the equipment you receive may differ in appearance, finish, configuration or features depending on the model, market and manufacturer updates. We may change or correct information at any time without notice. Nothing on this website is an offer or a guarantee.

3. Regulatory status and availability

Medical, aesthetic and wellness equipment may require registration, licensing, import permits or other authorisations that vary by country. Availability, intended use and permitted claims depend on the rules of the place where the equipment will be installed. We will confirm the applicable conditions in your quotation. Nothing on this website states that a product is approved or cleared in a particular country unless we say so expressly in writing.

Equipment must be used according to the manufacturer’s instructions, by trained operators and taking into account contraindications. Sending an enquiry does not create a contract. Prices, delivery, installation, training, warranty and support are only binding when set out in a written quotation or contract accepted by both parties. Any estimate shown on the website, including the revenue calculator, is illustrative only: it is based on figures you enter or on example values, it is not a forecast and it does not guarantee any income, utilisation or payback period.

The design, text, images, videos, logos and other content of the website belong to Profimedica or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. UltraPod, LUMIER and other product names and logos may be trademarks of their respective owners. You may view the website and share links to it, but you may not copy, modify, distribute or use its content commercially, or collect it automatically, without our written permission.

If you believe that something on the website infringes your rights, tell us through the Contact page (writing “Rights notice” in the project details), identifying the content and your claim, and we will review it promptly.
